There are a few short films on this part of the website. Hope you enjoy them!

A Robot's Adventure (2007) is very silly indeed.

Coffee in the Morning (2002) is a fascinating study on the nature of food, drink and personality, originally conceived as a piece of viral marketing. Howard Phillips played no part in this… shall we say, interesting… approach to making your publishing company look like it is run by gibbering imbeciles... Starring Steven Gilligan.

My Name is Alan: a Movie (2001) Something we always try to keep in mind here at Silver Age Books is that the universe is a mysterious place, full of secrets and undiscovered explanations. Some people are scared by that. Don't be. It's marvellous and wonderful, ultimately the source of both art and science. This film is about mystery. It's about the humour of mystery, and the mystery of humour - why does it make us laugh, and what are we laughing about? Written and directed by Steven Gilligan.
