"The Hidden Game", TQF #8, wherein his quest begins, and "The Bird-People of Kadaloor", TQF #9, wherein it falters, not for the last time. After that, in short order, he appeared in "Captured by the Punggol", "The Great Traitor", "Peculiar Habits of the Rumbia Beetles", "Awaiting Trial in the Rumbia Colony", "An Android's House Guest", "Electric Brain Parasites", "An Awkward Cohabitation", "New Hope and a New Friend" and "In Search of the Red Hill Clementi" all of which saw first publication in Theaker's Quarterly Fiction #12. His next adventure involved the "Tyranny of the Fungal Overload", which was recounted in TQF #13. In TQF#16 Newton made his best efforts to learn the secrets of "Marsiling's Mantra", and in TQF#17 he studied the process of "Death and Rebirth". In TQF#18 he encountered "A Timid Poet", and TQF#19 saw his journey take "A Detour". He then had a break for a couple of issue, before returning in TQF#22 with a "Murder". |
